Hey, your blog is great. So well done. Maybe you'll be interested in this site I found called Behind the Burner (www.behindtheburner.com).

If you like to cook, like to eat, want healthy nutrition advice and constantly search for ways to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of food, you'll love this site.

Tell all your friends. Do whatever you can to spread the great news.

Thanks,

For reference, the business card says "Yakiniku Cuisine" - Wikipedia yields:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakiniku

I agree that the meat does not have the beefiness of a well dry-aged piece of steak; but the wonderful texture more than makes up for it imo.

Wait until I let you try the 8-week dry-aged beef - you will have a hard time eating steak anywhere!
