I will start adding these into the proper list. I have been to Sakae in Burlingame many times. NY: - Kuruma Zushi (if you feel like a near-Sawa experience; some say better) - Fatty Crab (similar to momofuku - very high quality @ very reasonable prices) - Donut Plant (best donuts? possibly) - Jean Georges proper - i believe you ate in the Nougat Room, different experience - Le Bernardin - best cooked fish you may ever eat France: - Michel Bras (middle nowhere) is you. - L'Arpege (Paris) is divine.
